How are the cards made?
Each card is lovingly handmade using a variety of top quality materials to produce a stunning, individual work of art. Materials include paper and fabric flowers, exquisite ribbons and fabrics, metallic paints and glittery beads to name a few. Each card has been carefully composed to create the perfect statement for your special occasion. For brides 2b, remember that your wedding invitations will be the first indication to your guests about the style and theme of your wedding. Can a card be made up in my wedding colours?
Yes. Most of our designs can be adapted to suit you and your wedding colours. Please contact us on 07767 887151or email at enquiries@theperfectcardcompany.co.uk

Do the cards include an envelope?
Yes. Each card comes with its own best quality matching envelope.

What size are the cards?
We have a standard range of sizes for all our wedding cards. Our General Occasion cards measure 104 x 152mm unless otherwise stated.

Do you provide printed inserts?
Yes. We provide a printed insert for all wedding stationery and any other occasion like new baby, party invitations, engagement announcements. We use a variety of fonts and styles. The inserts are printed on good quality white or cream paper.

We will send you a insert in the post to to proof read before printing. Once you are completely happy with the insert wording we ask that you sign an agreement form and return this to us in the post. Please note that we have many orders on the go at any one time and are not responsible for proof reading your inserts. Any mistakes spotted after the inserts have been printed are your responsibility and will incur a cost to rectify.

How do I order a wedding invitation sample?
We do NOT mass produce our cards. Each one is lovingly made by hand. We have a flat rate charge of £1.50 per sample (p&p is free for the first sample). Simply use the add to Cart button next to the sample you require to place an order. Once we have received your sample order and payment we will proceed. We aim to send out all samples within 10 working days of receiving payment although it's usually much quicker..

Can I order a wedding invitation sample if I live in a non-UK country?
Yes. We charge £1.50 per sample plus postage and packing on all samples sent to non-UK destinations.

How do I place an order?
We will be delighted to take your Order Details by Electronic Order Form or email us at orders@theperfectcardcompany.co.uk or phone 07767 887151. If ordering by email please include the following information: Your name, address, contact number, wedding date, the design name and code, colour preference and details of the quantity you require. We will then acknowledge your order by email and confirm the items you have ordered and total cost of your order.

Can I place an order if I live in a non-UK country?
Yes we do take orders from non-UK countries. Please contact us on enquiries@theperfectcardcompany.co.uk before placing an order so we can advise you of the postage costs.

When do I pay for my wedding order?
Once you have placed an order we will send confirmation and a Delivery Date. We will ask you to send your 50% deposit of the total order cost by cheque (make payable to The Perfect Card Company). On receipt of this cheque we will commence working on your order. You can also pay using the secure website PayPal. See details by clicking here. The final balance must be paid 28 days before the Delivery date.

How do I pay for my General Occasion card order?
You can click on the Add to Cart button next to each General Occasion card. This will take you to the secure PayPal web page where you can enter your credit card details. Alternatively, you can send your order to orders@theperfectcardcompany.co.uk. We will confirm your order and ask that you send a cheque made payable to The Perfect Card Company for the full amount of your order. On receipt of this cheque we will dispatch your order.

How long will it take to complete my stationery order?
We aim to complete a wedding stationery order within 4-6 weeks and a general occasion card order within 5 working days. However, this may vary depending on current work load. If you require your stationery sooner don't despair. Contact us and we may be able to reach a compromise in timing.

How much is Posting and Packaging?
Wedding invitation Orders - Postage and packing is free of charge if your total order costs £350 or more. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all UK orders. This service requires a signature on receipt and has sufficient insurance coverage. They also guarantee next day delivery.

General occasion cards - We use 1st class mail and always obtain a proof of posting receipt. This is charged at the usual first class postage rates. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items that go astray in the post. If you require a card urgently you may consider paying extra for signed for mail.

All orders destined for non-UK locations will be charged at the appropriate rates. Postage and packing costs will be calculated on the location of the order.
Please contact us before placing an order so we can advise you of postage costs.

What happens if I have to cancel my wedding order?
We have the following procedures to follow in the unhappy event that you have to cancel your wedding order.
For cancellations of 28 days or more before the order delivery date we will refund half of your deposit (please understand we still need to cover the cost of our labour time).


For cancellations of less than 28 days before the order delivery date we reserve the right to non-refund any monies received.

What if I have to make an amendment to my order?
We will strive to make any amendments you may have. But please understand that we cannot make any changes once inserts have been printed. You will be asked to proof read the inserts and provide signed confirmation before we proceed with printing.
Additional costs may be incurred if amendments are requested less than 28 days prior to the Order Delivery Date. These extra costs will be invoiced before proceeding.


What if I want to return my general occasion card for any reason?
We are only able to offer a refund on cards that have not been personalised. We ask that you return the card within 10 days of receipt in perfect condition. Please retain a Proof of Postage receipt until we confirm receipt.

We are unable to offer a refund on personalised cards unless the card is faulty. Please note that any personalisation request must be checked carefully before submitting to us. We copy and paste your text onto the card and while we do our best to proof read it is not our responsibility to check your message. Ensure that you state clearly where you would like the personalised message - on the front of the card or on an insert inside the card. Otherwise we will use our discretion but will not be held responsible if it doesn't suit your requirements.

Can I return my Personalised Keepsake Box, Album or Guest Book?
We are unable to offer a refund on any personalised Keepsake Boxs, Photo Albums or Guest Books
unless there is a manufacturing fault.

and while we do our best to proof read it is not our responsibility to check your message.


Can I get my General Occasion Card personalised?
We are able to personalise any of our Greetings Card with your special message. Simply type your message in the "Personalised Message" box next to the design and state clearly where you would like us to print it - on the front of the card or on an insert inside the card Please note that refunds cannot be given on personalised cards.

Can you ship a Keepsake box or Photograph album to a country outside of the UK?
Yes we do ship to non-UK countries. However, PLEASE contact us before placing an order so we can advise you of the postage costs.
